Damien BERTRAND* holds a doctorate in Physics and additional certificates in innovation and business management. He cumulates more than 15 years in the healthcare industry, starting in technical roles to evolve progressively towards partnerships and business functions. He also contributed to the elaboration of successful partnerships between the industry and academic institutions. From these experiences, he developed a broad and diversified professional network in med-tech and biopharmaceutical industries worldwide.
Over the recent years, Damien has contributed into the shaping and implementation of business strategies of different startups active in biopharmaceutical ecosystem and in digital health, notably with emerging markets.
At Sopartec, Damien leads the business development and investments in the Life Science sector.
